There are two ways your traded-in clothing can be used:

RESELL: Normally, we list them for sale in our Second Hand category.
RECYCLE: If your clothing is damaged, it won’t end up in the trash – instead, we turn it into new clothes.

Either way, your clothes get a second life. Use our Preloved Portal to send them in.

How RESELL AND RECYCLE Work in the PRELOVED PORTAL

SPECIFY CONDITION

In our Preloved Portal, you specify the condition of your clothing item.
Items in good condition are listed in our Second Hand Shop.
If your item is damaged, select “Trash to Fash” under condition, and we will recycle it.

TO THE PRELOVED PORTAL

SHIPPING

You send your clothing item to us.
We provide you with a free shipping label.

VOUCHER

If your clothing is sold, you will receive a value voucher.
If you send us something for recycling, we will immediately send you a €5 thank-you voucher.
