STEP 1
Get to Know Us (via Microsoft Teams)
Who's involved: Your future manager, a People Business Partner, and of course, you! What to expect: In this round, we will get to know each other in a relaxed atmosphere. We’ll start with your story: What motivates you to join ARMEDANGELS, and why is now the right time? What drives you, and what are your goals in this new role? There will also be a brief technical section where you can showcase your experience and skills relevant to the position.
After that, your future manager will share more about the team, the role, and our expectations to ensure that we are aligned. At the end, we’ll be happy to answer any questions you may have. Our expectations from you: Be honest, open, bold, and authentic. Be punctual, well-prepared, and just be yourself. Tips for preparation: Take some time to learn about us and our mission, "Grow to Matter": Be bold, think big, and don’t be afraid to make mistakes. Consider examples from your past that highlight your strengths and experiences, and come with a vision of how you see your future with us. Duration: Depending on the role, this round takes approximately 30-45 minutes.
STEP 2
Technical Interview (Onsite or Digital)
What to expect: This round focuses on your technical skills in more depth. You will have at least one week to prepare a presentation based on a scenario we provide. This could be a practical task, a strategic proposal, or a solution-oriented presentation related to your role. After the presentation, there will be a technical Q&A session with the manager (and possibly a team member), followed by some questions from the People Business Partner regarding company culture and soft skills.
Our expectations from you: We are looking for concrete and honest answers that align with our values:

Meet the Team (Onsite)
What to expect: This is an opportunity to get to know the team on a personal level. In a relaxed setting, we’ll talk about what matters to us and learn what is most important to you. Our expectations from you: Just be yourself! This round is about seeing if we’re a good fit for each other, so we appreciate openness and authenticity.
Tips for preparation:
Come with any questions you still have so that we can provide you with all the important information before we wrap up.
